After analyzing the Company, the procurement process optimization was based on two main axes:
- Balance between centralization/decentralization of procurement processes.
- Categorization of the products and their processing depending on the previously mentioned category.
In addition, we should indicate that the project was carried out in order to maximize the use of SAP functionalities to standardize, prepare procedures and to provide management support throughout the entire procurement process from identification of needs up to receipt of materials by the production plant.Download Documento
